[Insight-users] Classifier based on steerable filters for tubularity measure in Segmentation

Hello Everyone.
I am looking for classifier, probably supervised SVM to find tubularity
measure of pixels. Can any body help me to get the libraries in ITK, I
searched in it but could not find it.
I am looking for Classifier based on steerable features.
Plesae help me.
