[Insight-users] MultiResolutionPDEDeformableRegistration example

Hi itk community!!!

I'm trying to do a multiresolution deformable registration, in particular
using the Demons algorithm. I read that in the *
itkMultiResolutionPDEDeformableRegistration.h*, the
DemonsRegistrationFilter is the default internal registration filter. I
wonder if somebody has an example of how to use this registration method,
or any information (apart from the info here :
http://www.itk.org/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1MultiResolutionPDEDeformableRegistration.html)
of how to make it work???
