[Insight-users] fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'gdcmMSFF.lib'

In tihis case I find two files gdcmMSFF.lib In realese and debug And
only realese I use in GDCM. But why CMake with ITK don't prescribes the
way gdcmMSFF.lib.
