[Insight-users] itk's CMake

Hi Leila,

If ITK_USE_SYSTEM_HDF5 is ON, then HDF5 will need to be built and
possibly installed.    Then, the variables described at the top of the
CMake Modules file FindHDF5.cmake will need to be specified.
