[Insight-users] Using Upsampling code for dicom image, and the output is only part of the upsampled image

Dear friends,
When I want to upsampling  image in size 128*128 to 512*512 using the code as the in http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/ImageProcessing/Upsampling 

I only get part of the upsampling image. My image is  signed short, and I have change the code accordingly.

Is there anyone know the reason?
