[Insight-users] 3D Reconstruction from 2D slices

Do you really need to program with ITK and VTK for your project? If
not, might I suggest using a program called Fiji (ImageJ with a set of
instructions) to read in your image series and export it as a 3D image
file in nrrd format, then load this 3D image file in ParaView for
visualization.
