[Insight-users] going from gdcm to gdcm2.0 with ITK4.2

Hi itk community

I want to upgrade some programs I use to write DICOM files, to do that I
usually include this libraries:

#include "itkGDCMImageIO.h"
#include "itkGDCMSeriesFileNames.h"
#include "itkNumericSeriesFileNames.h"
#include "itkImageSeriesReader.h"
#include "itkImageSeriesWriter.h"

#include <itksys/SystemTools.hxx>
#include "gdcm/src/gdcmFile.h"
#include "gdcm/src/gdcmUtil.h"

I changed the path of gdcmFile.h from gdcm/src to gdcm-2.0, but I realized
that there is no longer gdcmUtil.h in gdcm-2.0...

Why there is no longer gdcmUtil.h???
What should I do in order to make my code run using gdcm-2.0???
