[Insight-users] ITKLevelSetV4 Test code

Dear Gregoris,

These tests are meant to be launched by ctest. You can run these tests 
by running

     ctest -R vtkVisualize2DCells

It will run all the tests whose name contains vtkVisualize2DCells.
