[Insight-users] PasteImage Filter

Thanks Bill. I built it in Release mode and still it is nearly a 1:2
slower performance.

For release, I am using the following gcc arguments.

CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS_RELEASE -O3 -DNDEBUG

Is there any thing else that I can do?
