[Insight-users] Installation of SimpleITK

Hi,

With previous versions of the repository SimpleITK
http://itk.org/SimpleITK.git  the compilation produced the egg file that
later could be installed with easy_install.

But in the last version from the repository the egg file is
not produced any more .

My compilation works with no issues (using EPD as Python distribution) and
I can move manually the _SimpleITK.so and SimpleITK.py files

Is there an cmake option to specify to produce the egg file?
