[Insight-users] mesh/mesh Registration

Hi everyone!

I have 2 surfaces (.obj files). the surfaces have been extracted form a
series of dicom using VTK. I rescaled one of the surfaces to have the same
boundary size but they deffer in terms of vertex and faces. Is there any
example or functionality to perform an affine or a deformable registration? 

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
