Thanks Brad for the pointers.

Just out of curiosity... approximately when would Image Registration be available in SimpleITK?

Hello,

Regretfully, SimpleITK does not yet have registration methods yet. It has a wealth of pre and post-processing algorithms though in an easy to use package.

I would recommend the following applications to perform registration that are based on ITK:

ANTS: http://www.picsl.upenn.edu/ANTS/
BRAINS: https://mri.radiology.uiowa.edu/software.html
Slicer3d: http://slicer.org

Can anyone point me to examples showing the use of SimpeITK for deformable image registration? Examples using the java wrapper would be great!

Thanks,
Aditya
