[Insight-users] ITK 4.2.10 compilation takes really long on Windows 7

Thanks for the reply ... but how can you be so certain? It appears that my
computer is behaving normally for any other jobs that I run -- although it's
not new, it's still quite descent.  

My VS 2010 installation did not complain a thing, and I was able to use it
to compile my Maltab mex file without any problem (of course it's not the
same as to compile ITK).
