[Insight-users] Question about BinaryFillholeImageFilter

Yes, I thought about your problem and it sounded like what you were wanting to do was ill defined. If you want to close hole that are connected to the boarder that are smaller then a certain size you may want to look at BinaryClosingByReconstruction with the padding you suggested.
