[Insight-users] Question about BinaryFillholeImageFilter

I am able to successfully use BinaryFillholeImageFilter to fill holes in 3D
image data.  However, I wish to fill holes at the edges of image too.  By
this I mean that if a hole is connected to the boundary of the image then I
also want that filled in.  Is this possible?
