[Insight-users] itk 4.1 and .lib directories

Hello!

thanks for the reply.
I reconfigured ITK in cmake as compatible with 3. This helped i guess.

I only get the following errors:

DemonsRegistration.cxx(199) : error C2065: 'MetaCommand' : undeclared
identifier

MutualInformationFilter.h(21) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file:
'itkImageToHistogramGenerator.h': No such file or directory


I could not find this header in the ITK folders. Is it replaced?
