[Insight-users] Exception in MultiThreader.cxx when using BinaryImageToShapeLabelMapFilter

Hello Janey,

I just looked at the filters you mentioned and their super classes, and the tests. It's all there are correct and appears to be tested each night.

What version of ITK are you using?

Are you using the LabelMap filters in ITK or are you using an external directory of the filters for the IJ paper?
