[Insight-users] How to define outputRegionForThread

Hello,

I do want to implement an multithreaded ImageToImage-Filter. The image is
three-dimensional and every thread should work on one plane of the image.
But how can I do this? How can I define the outputRegionForThread which is
given as an argument in the ThreadedGenerateData-Method?
