[Insight-users] Testing ITK v4.2

Hello,

ITKv4 has been re-organized for modularization [1]. So the test are no in the "Testing/Code" directory any more.

To run the test, you can run "ctest -j N" from the root of the build directory.

The testing source code now lives in "ITK/Modules/Group/ModName/test", where Group is the name of  modular group, and ModName is the name of the module.
