[Insight-users] Dilate Label

Hi guys,

I'm using the ThresholdConnectedImageFilter (FullConnectivity) to
segment my dataset and it seems to work very well: the only problem is
that sometimes I get some disconnected parts in the label. I tried to
use the DilateLabelImageFilter then and it is quite good, but
sometimes it takes a long time: do you know any other method similar
to the Dilate Label Filter but faster?
