[Insight-users] itkLevelSetEquationTermContainerBase does not exist any more?

The class is now called itkLevelSetEquationTermContainer.

Matt McCormick made the change but I could not find the migration guide for
this change although there is one in
Documentation/Migration/LevelSetsv4ClassBase.xml.
