[Insight-users] InsightApplication itkVTKImageToImageFilter.h Problem

Miguel,

As Hans pointed out, the patch has been pushed in the master branch of ITK 4.

Just clone the repository and build the software with the Python
wrapper and the ItkVtkGlue module.
