[Insight-users] flipping axes of a 4D image

Hi,

Sorry I should have been more precise. Trying to swap axes, e.g. XYZ to 
ZYX, not flip individual ones, so that filter doesn't do the trick.

Think I've figured it out now. You can use Image::setDirection and 
define a 4x4 cosine matrix.
