[Insight-users] Different Result for Image Registration Method BSpline Wiki Example

OK, I think I figured out the source of the problem. If I force the number
of threads to be one (itk::MultiThreader::SetGlobalMaximumNumberOfThreads(
1 )), it seems to produce the correct result.
