[Insight-users] Accerlate ImageMutualInformation1

Dear all,

I pass a 221x257 image as input image.

Compared to ITK3.2, I expected it run much faster in ITK4  because GPU is
used in ITK4. However, the answer is NO.

Its performance is the same with ITK4. It took 156ms to finish (Time of
loading image is not counted in). I expect it finishes less than 3ms.

My graphics card is GTX480. 

I turned the "Use GPU" on in CMake. Is there anything special need to do to
accerlate it.
