[Insight-users] reader is wrapped but not the writer?

Hi all,
I have experienced problems when writing out DICOM image series, every
pixel having a value lower than 48 will be set to 48. I don't think it is
just me, I tested on 2 machines.
To reproduce this bug, just try out the examples in the itk.
