[Insight-users] cannot open file“E:\ITK_BIN4.2.1\lib\Debug\itksys-4.2.lib”.

Hi, all
I am using Itk 4.2.1 with vs 2010, but when I build the project that I every used without problem under Linux, I get an error: 2>LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file“E:\ITK_BIN4.2.1\lib\Debug\itksys-4.2.lib”. Can anyone give me some help, thanks!
