[Insight-users] FSL transformation to ITK transformation

Hi,
Yes, I know, there is c3d_affine_tool.
The problem is that it writes a file in which the "Transform" field is set to "MatrixOffsetTransformBase_double_3_3" and ITK doesn't recognize it (an error is raised).

There are some tools in the itksnap/convert3D packages that help with
this. I can't remember the names offhand.
