[Insight-users] [ANNOUNCEMENT] Slicer-ITKv4 hackathon

Thank you to everyone that participated in the hackout, today.

In summary, we:

1)  Decimated the Windows file load time by handling how Image IO classes
are registered.

2) Studied and found a workaround for enabling ITK's new DCMTK ImageIO by
using shared libraries.

3) Tested packaging on the Mac (works).

Overall, it was a massively successful event.
