[Insight-users] chan and vese filter

Hi all,

I am using itkScalarChanAndVeseDenseLevelSetImageFilter to segment out bones from CT images.
Can anyone help to set initial levelset, i.e SetLevelSet(). I want to build a sphere in image file as CT is 3D.

How can I build an image file for this sphere. How it should looks like, is surface value is only 1 and 0 everywhere else.
