[Insight-users] Resample filter extremely slow after switching from 32 bit to 64 bit on Windows 7

Interestingly,  I just had the same thing happen to me with the
Adaptive Histogram Equalization filter (VS 2010 Pro and Win 7,
everything compiled in x64).  About 43 seconds to execute in Release
mode, about 15 minutes to execute in Debug.
 
I am also using the multi-res Demons algorithm, and didn't have this
problem (it was faster in 64 bit Debug vs 32 bit Debug mode as I
expected).

I am not sure what the express versions ( I have never used that)
offer but I have seen slowdowns like this in Visual Studio when going
from Release to Debug meaning I have seen filters take 100 times
longer in debug mode versus release.
