[Insight-users] Rigid + Elastic Registration

Hello,

I am going to perform a rigid+elastic registration in ITK. That is, I want some part of my data to keep constant (do not change) during the elastic registration, and just let the rest part be registered, then obtain its deformation field. Which method should I use for this purpose?
