[Insight-users] MICCAI tutorial for ITKv4, SimpleITK

on that note, 

I still have not figured out how to download this, I have ubuntu lucid and behind a firewall at office,

I got a file called miccai_2011_itkv4_tutorial_vm.torrent but then got stuck!

any advice is greatly appreciated!
