[Insight-users] how to read the value of "data"

as shown in the follow picture, I want to read the value of data(I have
outlined with red oval), how should I  write the codes to complete it?

the relative code is named "Generate2DRectilinearMesh", folded in
*:\**\ITK\src\InsightToolkit-3.20.0\Code\Numerics\FEM\itkFEMGenerateMesh.cxx.
