[Insight-users] vs net 2003 does not build

Hello!

Does anyone has any experience with building ITK with visual studio NET
2003?

It gives me errors:

itkvnl error C3861: 'ptrdiff_t': identifier not found, even with
argument-dependent lookup

itkvnl error C2501: 'std::iterator_traits<_Ty*>::difference_type' : missing
