[Insight-users] SimpleITK testing in Python

Thanks, Bill.  The tests run, but almost all fail.  Using the -VV flag, I see the first ~10 are looking for the Input/ directory from the SimpleITKData repository.  How do I point CTest (or SITK) to this directory?
