[Insight-users] Problem building Wiki Example with ItkVtkGlue

Hello,

I want to run the paste image filter
example<http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK/Examples/ImageProcessing/PasteImageFilter>.
I am using CMake to generate the example (win 7 x64). I was also installing
vtk and I was configuring and generating ItkVtkGlue with CMake in the
ItkToolkit.
I still get the following CMake error:

ItkVtkGlue_DIR        ItkVtkGlue_DIR-NOTFOUND

Which value do I have to set for the ItkVtkGlue_DIR?

By the way: I can only download a 0Byte-big zip-Folder if I follow the
instructions in the example for ItkVtkGlue...
