[Insight-users] Configure ITK for 64-bit Linux

Hi Sara,

What would be the motivation for using ITK without CMake ?

CMake is intended to simplify your configuration process.
If you skip CMake, you have to do the configuration manually.

It is unlikely that the use of CMake is the culprit on the difficulties
that you are facing.

What is the relationship between using CMake or not, and
the memory constrains of your system ?
