Hi Tom,

Now done, I have uploaded the file and written a note in the bug 
tracker. I'm in the process of compiling our itk_imfilter() mex function 
for Windows 32 bit with a colleague.

Some changes to FindMatlab.cmake v2.8 seem necessary. Where would you 
like me to report them?
