[Insight-users] Coronal to Transverse conversion

Hi everyone,

What can do I do to to change the Analyze format file's header from the
Coronal to the Transverse orientation? I'm guessing something to do with
Orient Image Filter, but I can't figure out the right flags.

Some background info:
In medcon, when I open 'image info', I read: Supine; Head First; Coronal.
Now, this needs to be made Supine, Head First; Transverse
