[Insight-users] Strange Problem in DeformableRegistration15.cxx

Hi Harish,

The Example

   Examples/Registration/DeformableRegistration15.cxx

expects 3D images as input.


The image that you are passing:

                      Example/Data/RatLungSlice1.mha

is actually a 2D image.


You may want to use the BrainWeb images instead.

You can download them from:

     http://public.kitware.com/pub/itk/Data/BrainWeb/

or from MIDAS at:

          http://midas.kitware.com/item/view/491
