[Insight-users] anybody know both about ITK and openCV

hello everyone:
      i know a function called 'cvAdaptiveThreshold' in openCV,anybody know any type of filter in itk
that has the same function?Especially,the function mentioned above can threshold an image locally,for
example ,it can divide an image into two or four parts(domains) and do the threshold in each part separately
using C-means or other method.
      Simplely i can say it works like a locally threshold filter,however,i cannot find this kind of filter in itk,can U
give any advice?
