[Insight-users] Dilation

Hello everyone ..
 
I an trying to apply a dilation on my image. 
 
my image is binary. black background and white circle in the middle (not exactly circle more as a white region)
I want to increase the size of that region, move the boundary of the region a little bt farther .  
 
I used the itkBinaryDilateImageFilterTest 
 
it was built without errors.. but when I run it .. it is still the same image without any changes ..
