[Insight-users] Issues with DeformableRegistration3.cxx

Hi,

I took the DeformableRegistration3.cxx program from the Example/Registration
dir and modified it from 2D to 3D. I then feed it a 3D Brain and its
deformed version (deformed using ThinPlateSplineWarp landmarksFile). Both
the fixed and the moving image look fine when I view them using ImageJ. 

When I feed them to the DeformableRegistration3.cxx program, the moving
image appears nicely registered with the fixed image. However the image
quality is really bad (The image is too big to upload here). 

I read the fixed and moving images as unsigned short (16 bits) and store the
output image also as unsigned short.
