[Insight-users] ITK Wiki Examples needing ITKReview.lib

Ah.

Since there are no non-templated classes in Review there is no
library. The ITKReview should be removed from the CmakeLists.txt file.
I'll take care of that. We don't have much experience using the
examples with ITK 3.20. please let us know if you find more issues.
