[Insight-users] how to set thresholds in itkBinaryThresholdImageFilter to segement object having the same value?

That should work fine. What do you mean by 'not working'?
What did you set the inside value to? If you set it to a low value and are
visualizing the results, it will appear as all black unless you rescale the
intensity of the image in the viewer.
