[Insight-users] 3d texture feature

Does any one know any texture feature calculator which works for 3d image with arbitrary size. I tired itkScalarImageToTextureFeaturesFilter,For some reason it doesn't work on 3d image with arbitrary size, only works with cubic image. Maybe I used it not correctly.
Is there any other options for texture feature calculator in 3D ??
