[Insight-users] Calculating statitics on an image, without considering the 0 valued pixels

I submitted this feature for the *ImageFunction classes here:
http://public.kitware.com/Bug/view.php?id=11112

Use NewMeanImageFunction and call Evaluate( const PointType& point, const
unsigned int value ), where value is the value to ignore in the mean
calculation.
