[Insight-users] itkScalarImageToListAdaptor and itkListSampleToHistogramGenerator in ITK 4.0

Hi,

I was using the itkScalarImageToListAdaptor.h and
itkListSampleToHistogramGenerator.h files with ITK v3.20. After I updated my
ITK source to the latest version, I don't see those files there anymore.

I read somewhere that the ITK Statistics framework is not in place for the
latest version. Does that mean I have to go back to ITK v3.20?
