Hi Fari!
you can easily create the .mhd file, just open any text editor (Notepad,
Notepad++), copy the properties of the image, and file names like Andrew
said, and save it as "image.mhd"

I'm sending you an example of a set of .bmp images and the proper .mhd file
so you can take a look
